ABA Behavior Technician January 2026 Start! at Amergis Educational Staffing

Amergis Staffing is currently seeking Behavior Technicians to assist a student either 1:1 or in a small group setting in a classroom during school hours for the 2025-2026 school year for the South Orange County region! The Behavior Technician position involves supervision and helping manage behaviors and some aggressive behaviors and ensuring students are keeping on track with homework and 10 months of previous Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience required. Monday - Friday schedule 30 hours a week (hours can vary between 7:30am-4pm dependent on bell schedules) Pay Rate - $27 / hourWe also have on-call substitute positions available for anyone that can work 2-5 days a week Monday-Friday. Must be flexible in going to different school sites as needed!
