Learn more at teamdynamicminds.com.Position Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 support implementing individualized programs under the guidance of a clinical supervisor. In this role, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum. You will play an important role in helping clients build communication, daily living, and social skills in fun, real-life settings.What You’ll Do:Follow treatment plans designed by a supervisor during in-home sessions.Support learning through play-based and natural environment teaching strategies.Collect and record session data on client progress and behavior changes accurately.Maintain open communication with the supervising clinician to ensure consistent progress.Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of medical records and documentation.Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.What We Offer:Competitive pay with opportunities for career growth.Ongoing training and mentorship.Flexible scheduling options.A supportive, team-oriented environment.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree plus one year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.OR High School Diploma and three years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.Willingness to complete background check and fingerprinting.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating patience and empathy toward clients' needs.At Team Dynamic Minds, we’re not just providing services, we’re creating opportunities for connection, growth, and joy.
