We are committed to delivering high-quality care,supporting families as partners, and providing our team members with ongoing training andprofessional growth opportunities.Role SummaryWe are hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in the home andcommunity under the supervision of a BCBA. Weekly hours and pay vary based on caseload, clientattendance, and documentation completion.ScheduleMonFri: 3:00 pm8:00 pm SatSun: 2:00 pm8:00 pm Morning and early afternoon sessions mayalso be available during school breaks (summer, holidays, etc.), depending on client needs. Finalschedules are set based on client availability.Compensation$22$30 per billable hour, commensurate with experience. Pay is for completed, documented servicehours.Minimum Qualifications (Must-Haves)1 Associate degree or higher in early childhood, psychology, special education, or a related field2 Experience working with children with or without ASD or related developmental disabilities3 Reliable transportation for in-home sessions in Suwanee, Buford, and Alpharetta4 Availability for at least 3 weekday afternoons5 Comfort working in homes and community settings6 Basic data entry skills via computer and data applications (e.g., session documentation systemssuch as CR Essentials)7 Must be active, engaging, and energetic with children8 Professionalism, reliability, and strong communication with caregivers and team membersPreferred Qualifications1 Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential2 Experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET)3 Bilingual English/KoreanWhat You Will Do1 Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision2 Deliver individualized sessions targeting communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills3 Build a positive rapport with clients, emphasizing independence and growth4 Collect accurate data and maintain thorough documentation5 Communicate progress and strategies to caregivers6 Collaborate with your supervising BCBA and interdisciplinary team7 Participate in ongoing training and professional developmentGrowth & Supervision1 RBT pathway available: Training and supervision to obtain the RBT credential2 BCBA candidates: Supervision and practicum hours may be availableAdditional Requirements1 Background check (required)2 TB test (required) and documentation of vaccination history, as required for employment inhealthcare/education settings3 Consistent attendance is critical to client progressLocationClient homes and community settings in Suwanee, Buford, and Alpharetta and surrounding areas.LanguageEnglish required.
