Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and reliable part-time Behavior Technician to join our team! The Behavior Technician will work directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes during after school hoursImplement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programsCollect and record data on client progressCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and team membersMaintain a positive, professional, and supportive environmentQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent (required)Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferredRBT certification preferred (willing to train the right candidate)Reliable transportationJob Type: Part-timePay: $24.00 - $28.25 per hourSchedule:After schoolMonday to FridayWeekends as neededWork Location: In personPowered by JazzHRVmQjS8VOGJ
