Please read on.Pacific Autism Learning Services (PALS) is seeking part-time Behavioral Therapists to provide 1:1 behavioral therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to young children with autism in Rancho Cordova and surrounding areas. In this position, you will learn to implement individualized behavior intervention strategies for young children with autism.No experience necessary, as we provide a comprehensive training program.PALS also provides paid training for you to earn a Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) credential. Supervision is also available for BCBA and BCABA candidates!Competitive pay based on education and experience, plus mileage and drive time.Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years oldMust be a high school graduate or equivalentMust pass a maintain a DOJ/FBI clearance prior to and during employmentMust provide a TB clearance prior to employment and as required during employment in accordance with company policyMust provide proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella; Varicella; Pertussis AND documentation of physical ability to perform services prior to employment in accordance with company policyMust possess and maintain a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance**Must have reliable transportation and will travel to client homes and other community settings, as required, to provide services (paid mileage & drive time, where applicable)Physical Requirements:BendingStoopingSquattingKneelingTurningTwistingReachingStanding for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Pacific Autism Learning Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
