Our offices are headquartered in Modesto and operate in the Merced Stanislaus and San Joaquin counties. Read more below to see if you may be a great fit!Summary:The Mid Level Supervisor is a position that reports to the immediate Program or Clinical Supervisor. The ABT will have a caseload of up to 15 clients and 10 behavior technicians in Stanislaus County. The Mid Level Supervisor will help oversee the implementation of treatment plans train technicians under their caseload on implementing treatment plans assist in parent training and help conduct clinical assessments as needed. The Mid Level Supervisor is also responsible for writing and/or revising client reports under their caseload and ensuring timely submission of reports to the appropriate recipients.Requirements:Bachelors degree in applied behavior analysis psychology education child development childhood education special education speech and hearing services or a related field.Current RBT or BCAT certification.Experience conducting Assessments (Vineland DAY-C 2 and FBA).2 years of experience working with clients between the ages of 0-21 diagnosed with Autism an/or developmental disabilities in home school and/or community settings.Preferences:Pursuing a masters degree in in applied behavior analysis psychology education child development childhood education special education speech and hearing services or a related field.3 years of experience working with clients between the ages of 0-21 diagnosed with Autism an/or developmental disabilities in home school and/or community settings.1 year of mid-level supervisor experience.What L.I.F.E. has to offer employees:Medical Dental Vision Life EAP Insurance and 401k match!A waiting period applies.Drive Time and Mileage reimbursement (Drive time paid at California minimum wage and mileage paid at current IRS rates).Cell-phone stipend each pay period.Paid Holidays ( Thanksgiving Day the day after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve and Christmas Day).Accrue one Paid Holiday per every Annual Anniversary at LIFE.Career advancement opportunities.
