This evidence-based approach to ABA is called Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) and is considered best practice for young children diagnosed with Autism, combining principles of ABA and developmental science to support a range of areas in child development, with the hallmark of the intervention focused on parent coaching. At Elevated Kids, all early intervention services are provided in the child's natural environment setting (including home and preschool) and individualized to meet the specific needs of each child and family.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a creative, energetic, and eager-to-learn ABA-NDBI Therapist who is passionate about early childhood development and teaching through play! The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood development, developmental delays, ABA, and Autism and be ready to join our growing team in providing each child and family with the highest quality and most effective care available.
