This means we work together as a team, collaborating to problem solve, supporting one another in all that we do, and remaining current with research guiding best practices in our field.Behavior Health Technicians at Silver Lining ABA Inc provide ABA therapy to children and young adults with Autism. ABA, or Applied Behavior Analysis, is an approach to Autism services that teaches skills and modifies behaviors through positive reinforcement. Our Behavior Health Technicians provide specialized attention to clients, working with one client at a time. Each client has a unique plan created to meet their specific needs and goals.Experienced Behavior Health Technicians AND those new to the field are encouraged to apply.
