Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a caring, patient, and reliable provider to provide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) one-on-one with a young child with autism. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children reach their full potential, follow structured programs, and work collaboratively with parents and supervisors.If you are passionate about making a positive difference in a childs life and want to be part of a supportive team, wed love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to a child with autism in the home or community settingImplement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBACollect data and record session notes accuratelySupport the child in developing communication, social, and daily living skillsCommunicate progress and challenges with the supervising team and parentsQualifications:Experience working with children, preferably those with autism or developmental disabilitiesRBT certification or ABA experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)Reliability, compassion, and strong communication skillsMust pass a background checkSchedule:Monday-Thursday 4:00pm - 7:00pm.compensation rate $23-25 an hour.Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma
