Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a caring, patient, and reliable provider to provide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) one-on-one with a teenager with autism. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping the teenager reach their full potential, follow structured programs, and work collaboratively with parents and supervisors.If you are passionate about making a positive difference in a youth's life and want to be part of a supportive team, wed love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to a teenager with autism in the home or community settingImplement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBACollect data and record session notes accuratelySupport the youth in developing communication, social, and daily living skillsCommunicate progress and challenges with the supervising team and parentsQualifications:Experience working with children and teenagers, preferably those with autism or developmental disabilitiesRBT certification or ABA experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)Reliability, compassion, and strong communication skillsMust pass a background checkSchedule:Flexible hours weekdays after 4:00 PMcompensation rate $25 an hour.Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma
