Come join our growing agency that is dedicated to supporting the families of Connecticut.We are currently seeking part time and full-time positions for ABA Therapist to implement ABA services as designed and supervised by a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Primary Responsibilities of an ABA Therapist include:Builds rapport and communicates effectively with clients and caregivers.Implements all program objectives, current skill acquisition programming and behavior intervention plan or protocol.Collects and maintains data as instructed by supervising BCBA/LBA.Maintains cultural sensitivity across diverse clientele.Continuously develops understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis and applies information learned in training and during on-site consultations to their work.Communicates needs in regard to consultation and feedback to BCBA/LBA on all assigned cases.All Candidates Must Maintain:A valid driver’s license.A current auto insurance policyMinimum Qualifications:BA or BS degree in a related human service field.Minimum Physical Requirements:Ability to move easily between sitting and standing.
