This is an academic position with opportunities for clinical care, teaching, and research.Key Responsibilities:Support the Division of Child Neurology at SSM Health Cardinal GlennonJoin a collaborative team of 8 Child NeurologistsProvide inpatient and outpatient care for children with neurological disorders affecting the nervous system80% outpatient / 20% inpatient clinical expectationsGeneral child neurology with opportunities to develop subspecialty interests in neurodevelopment, headache, and neuro-oncologyInpatient call rotation: 1:6Clinic located at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital8 half-day clinics weeklyTeaching opportunities with SLU medical students, pediatric residents, and neurology residentsQualifications:M.D. or equivalent degreeBoard Certified/Board Eligible in Child NeurologyEligible for Missouri medical licensureCommitment to academic medicine and teachingLocated in St. Louis, MO, SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital is a not-for-profit ranked among the best children's hospitals in the country.
