Academic Reporting and Assessment Analyst (Bel Air) at Harford Community College

The Academic Reporting and Assessment Analyst supports Harford Community Colleges Academic Affairs division by managing internal and external reporting, including mandatory state and federal reports, and addressing requests from Academic Affairs leadership, faculty, and staff. Key responsibilities include data extraction, compilation, analysis, and presentation using existing and custom computer programs, maintaining records, and supporting academic assessment processes.The role involves survey administration and collaboration with Institutional Effectiveness staff, along with participation on college committees. It requires regular on-campus work and offers a comprehensive benefits package.Qualifications:Associates degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience in higher education.Proficiency in data analysis, including experience with tools like Tableau, Argos, SQL, and statistical software (SPSS, SAS, R).Strong skills in data management, statistical analysis, survey design, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.Candidates selected for an interview will be required to complete skills assessments to ensure qualification for the role.
