Accessibility Testing Expert at Noblesoft Technologies

Role: Accessibility Testing Expert Location: Baltimore Maryland Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive accessibility testing of websites applications and digital content against WCAG 2.0/2.1/2.2 standards. Utilize a range of automated tools screen readers and manual testing methods to identify and document accessibility barriers. Collaborate effectively with developers designers and product teams to guide remediation efforts and ensure accessibility best practices. Develop maintain and execute detailed accessibility test plans cases and audit reports. Validate the remediation of accessibility issues across iterative development cycles. Stay current with evolving accessibility regulations standards and technologies. Participate proactively in design and development reviews to embed accessibility early in the product lifecycle. Support organizational accessibility training and awareness programs. Required Skills Strong mastery of digital accessibility standards including WCAG 2.0/2.1/2.2 Section 508 and ADA compliance. Extensive experience with accessibility testing tools such as Axe JAWS NVDA VoiceOver and Accessibility Checker. Understanding of front-end technologies including HTML CSS ARIA roles and JavaScript as related to accessibility. Expertise in both automated scans and manual testing techniques including screen reader and keyboard navigation assessments. Excellent documentation analytical and communication skills. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. At least 5 years of professional experience performing accessibility testing and audits in web and mobile environments.
