ZENO Management, Inc. is a sales and marketing firm hiring an Account Activation Associate to help Milwaukee customers cut the cord and switch to AT&T Fiber. The Account Activation Associate will be the person who turns a service order into a live, blazing fast home network. The Account Activation Associate will also handle account details, solve last minute hiccups, and make sure every customer is taken care of. As an Account Activation Associate, your training will focus on guiding customers through the final steps of their AT&T Fiber setup. The Account Activation Associate will then support smooth activations, reinforce accurate account completion, and drive sales confidence by ensuring every customer is fully connected, satisfied, and ready to rely on their fiber service. Core Functions of the Account Activation Associate Activate AT&T Fiber service for Milwaukee customers while reinforcing the value behind their sales upgrade and ensuring a smooth, reliable start. Guide customers through All Fi Pro setup in a friendly, hands on way that supports stronger sales conversations about whole home coverage. Introduce AT&T Fiber Internet Backup as a simple reassurance that keeps customers connected, strengthening long term sales trust. Help customers enable ActiveArmor Advanced to add protection to their new fiber service, supporting the overall sales experience. Confirm that their AT&T Fiber plan delivers the fast, dependable performance they expected when choosing their sales upgrade. Provide warm post activation support that reinforces satisfaction and encourages future sales opportunities within the neighborhood. Education & Experience for the Account Activation Associate A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Experience in sales or account activation is a bonus, but not mandatory. Reliable organization for managing daily activation routes and follow up commitments. Sales aware mindset that reinforces the value of each customer's AT&T Fiber upgrade. Ability to explain AT&T Fiber benefits in clear, everyday language during activations.
