Job Title: Customer Service Account ManagerLocation: Corporate Office - Allied National ServicesSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMJob Summary:Allied National Services is seeking a dependable, upbeat, and assertive Customer Service Account Manager to join our team at our corporate office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of customer satisfaction and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Account Manager will be responsible for coordinating vendor services and managing customer requests to ensure services meet both client expectations and company standards.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and ensure daily attendance of employeesSchedule special services and confirm completion (pre- and post-service) via phoneRespond promptly to customer emails and phone callsMaintain and update records in CRM softwareFollow up on equipment repair requestsManage and resolve service-related issues with customers and vendorsProcess contractor invoices accurately and in a timely mannerSource, vet, and onboard new contractors and employeesQualifications:Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service or client relations role in an office settingConsistent and stable work history (no frequent job changes)Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skillsConfident, assertive, and capable of making sound decisions based on business needsAbility to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft ExcelHigh attention to detail with strong follow-up skillsManagement experience preferred but not requiredAssociate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
