Our agency was opened in 2000 after working as a State Farm claims representative, bringing firsthand claims experience into agency leadership. Our team includes seven members, and we've built a high-energy, results-driven office that takes pride in being one of the top agencies in Dade. We're looking for outgoing, driven team members who thrive in a high-performing environment and want to be part of a team that strives to be the very best.

Responsibilities include managing customer accounts and updating information in the database, assisting customers with policy changes and inquiries, processing insurance claims and following up with customers on claim status, and coordinating with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications include strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent customer service and communication skills, and previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year.
