As an account associate for Carolyn Thomas Thompson, State Farm Insurance Agency, you are vital to our business operations and customers' success. You will improve the lives of our customers by proactively allowing us to review with our clients and prospects the insurance products and services we provide. Responsibilities:

• Contact our customers to set up their annual insurance review and follow up appointments.
• Assist agency team members with customer relations

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Compensation: $17.50 per hour

• Our office is open until 5:30 everyday and late two nights a week.
• I am a second generation State Farm agent.
• I am a proud graduate of Grant Co High School; Eastern KY University; and Georgetown College.
• We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
