Our agency was opened in 2013 and expanded into a second location in 2020. Today, we have a team of five and continue to grow steadily. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in financial services, which helped shape the way I approach customer care and running a business. I'm a single mom with two teenage sons, and I hold a BBA in Finance. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts and updating information in the database, assisting customers with policy changes and inquiries, processing insurance claims and following up with customers on claim status, and coordinating with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications include strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent customer service and communication skills, previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred, and bilingual Vietnamese or Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
