The advent of social media and its power in circulating and amplifying views can turn what feels like a minor comment into a firestorm of criticism toward a company culture or brand.What are your responsibilitiesCommunication with a diverse set of stakeholders both internal and externalâInsightful client reporting that relays online activity within our Data Intelligence practiceâReputation management (with a focus on crisis communications and risk) work both proactive- and reactivelyâSupport with new business efforts with Data Intelligence researchââCoordinate with client-facing teams to track and troubleshoot needs as they arise.ââAssistance with ad-hoc asks whether from clients or internally occasionally including support on nights or weekendsâOther duties as assignedWhat Type of Qualities and Qualifications Should I HaveAbachelorsdegree from an accredited four-year university or collegeâAninterestinextracting insights from media monitoring and/or reportingA genuine commitment to learning personal growth and professional developmentâA hard-working entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to grow learn and work including on clients crisis needs at potentially odd hoursâExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenâAbility to think on your feet and takeappropriate actionâProblem-solving skills.
