This individual will play a vital role on the team responsible for the day-to-day servicing of an existing agency clients. Support with the day-to-day management of client activation program(s) including content integrations entertainment partnerships and talent relations/partnershipsInteract with and provide day-to-day communication to client vendors and any other relevant parties involved in activationsSupport the execution of activations and customized programs that meet client objectivesAssist with the creation of marketing and program materials to support initiativesManagement of internal tracking documents and monthly client reportsSupport team with research requestsGenerate call agendas and notes as well as handle schedulingMonitor entertainment industry news and trends including TV and film announcementsYou Have These: Bachelors DegreeA minimum of 2-3 years of talent agency or entertainment marketing or industry experienceExperience working with clients internal teams and other agency partnersSolid project management skillsTeam player with a positive attitudeSuperior client relationship/service skillsStrong problem-solving skills solutions-oriented and ability to multi-taskExcellent time management written and oral communication skillsDetail-oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care and follow-throughAbility to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced demanding environmentDependable and proactiveAbility to maintain confidentiality at all timesHow We Work:WME Group is at the center of sports media entertainment and fashion and is a largely relationship-based business. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications knowledge skills and experience.
