More specifically this position will be charged with promoting and selling KnowBe4s products and services to enterprise sized businesses (organizations with 1501 employees) with the objective to achieve and exceed monthly sales quota. This can be achieved by targeting new business as well as reactivating dark (lapsed) customer accounts.Responsibilities:Promote and sell KnowBe4s range of products and servicesIdentify and close net new customers theyre assignedBuild and maintain pipeline of potential customers by developing and managing relationships with prospectsForecast new business prospects that result in successful client relationships and salesIdentify key decision makers while developing and qualifying new business opportunities within the targeted markets through cold calling networking and high-level prospectingArticulate the value proposition of KnowBe4s products and help the customer understand how it will improve their businesss security awareness training (and security overall)Achieve or exceed monthly quotas and/or targetsBe well versed in KnowBe4s product offerings and promote the products and services at trade shows as requestedFollow up on marketing leads to generate new sales opportunities and pipelineAct strategically in offering or negotiating discounted pricing in line with established policies and proceduresMaintain accurate and thorough records for customer calls emails notes tasks demos and other relevant information in compliance with the Administration PolicyMinimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree a plusProven track record in sales3 years selling software to Small Medium EnterpriseFamiliarity with standard concepts practices and procedures within the IT Security FieldExperience with Salesforce and GmailNetwork or Security Plus preferredExcellent verbal and written communicationsStats driven business professionalMotivated energetic self-starterStrong collaborative and teamwork skillsMust be able to work with minimum supervisionOur Fantastic BenefitsWe offer company-wide bonuses based on monthly sales targets employee referral bonuses adoption assistance tuition reimbursement certification reimbursement and certification completion bonuses - all in a modern high-tech and fun work environment.
