How You Will Contribute: You will be the engine of growth for your assigned territory, focusing on local NYC clients in the Banking, Office, and Administration sectors. Cultivate Partnerships: Serve as a trusted advisor to existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand our partnership and market share through cross-selling and exceptional service. Be the Expert: Leverage your industry knowledge to guide both clients and candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring successful, value-driven placements. Drive Strategy: Execute and evolve strategic sales plans to consistently meet and exceed ambitious revenue and gross margin goals. Core Responsibilities: New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new client partnerships using diverse, effective sales strategies. Account Expansion: Deepen and grow existing client relationships to increase overall market penetration and identify cross-selling opportunities across Randstad services. Contract Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate and manage staffing agreements, including client bill rates and candidate pay rates, ensuring profitable outcomes. Performance Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of client information, sales activities, and forecasts within company systems to ensure effective sales process management and reporting. What You Bring to the Team: Experience: 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a proven, verifiable track record of achieving and surpassing targets. Industry Focus: Specific expertise within the staffing or recruiting industry, ideally with a focus on Business Administrative and Office (BAO) roles. Education: A degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly desirable. Mindset: Demonstrated resilience, high self-reliance, and a clear history of being results-oriented and driven. Please Note: This position operates on a hybrid work model, requiring eligible candidates to work in-office 2-3 days per week to foster team collaboration and client engagement, located in New York's Financial District.
