Account Executive Digital Pathology (Remote)Recruiting by Vivo HealthStaff on behalf of our clientJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: Remote (NY/NJ/CT/RI territory)Compensation: $210k OTE equityAbout the RoleVivo HealthStaff is recruiting for a fast-growing digital pathology company developing an AI-powered virtual staining platform. The technology streamlines histopathology workflows accelerates research and improves diagnostic accuracy.We are seeking a Founding Account Executive to lead full-cycle sales in the Northeast territory. This role is ideal for someone experienced in selling to pharmaceutical organizations and comfortable operating in an early-stage fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesManage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closeBuild and maintain a pipeline across biopharma CROs and academic medical centersMeet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targetsPresent and explain technical solutions to scientific and business audiencesProvide customer insights to support product and strategy developmentAttend industry events and customer meetings as neededRequirements3 years full-cycle AE experience selling to pharmaceutical companiesStrong record of exceeding sales quotasPrevious experience in an early-stage or growth-stage startupBachelors degree in life sciences business or related fieldPreferred SkillsUnderstanding of digital pathology AI/ML or lab automation technologiesAbility to communicate complex concepts clearlyStrong presentation relationship-building and organizational skillsWhats OfferedCompetitive OTE with meaningful equity ($190-210k OTE); UncappedHigh-impact role with ownership of a key territoryOpportunity to work with innovative AI technology in a growing industry Key Skills Business Development,Customer Service,Revenue Growth,ABC Analysis,Account Management,Communication,CRM,Excel,Salesforce,PMP,Customer Relationships,Business Relationships,Sales Goals,Sales Process,CPA Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
