Our ideal candidate is detailed-oriented extremely organized a strong communicator andexcels at building relationships.55% - Account Management Support Supervisor and account team in management and execution of client sports sponsorships and activations promotions and eventsOrganize team documents and maintain timelines to ensure all client deadlines are metLead select client projects with support of teamRespond to clients and rights holders in a timely mannerConduct evaluations of partnerships assess results and develop sound recommendations with proper rationaleBe a sound listener during negotiation discussions and support Supervisor/team in developing strategy; ability to lead select negotiationsCoordinate logistics and execution of sponsorship-related events and promotions with respective rights holdersEstablish frameworks and templates for presentations decks and team projectsBuild and foster open communication with clients and partners providing the highest level of client service20% - Strategic PlanningCollaborate on the development of POVs for new sponsorship opportunities on an ongoing basisBegin to anticipate and plan for questions following meetings and client discussionsUtilize creative and innovative thinking skills to support the develop of marketing concepts and sponsorship activation strategies for the client (pushing the envelope and thinking outside of the box)Leverage data/insights to support partnership POVs develop new activation and platform concepts and enhance partnershipsContinue to strengthen understanding of the sports industry and areas of opportunity25% - Relationship ManagementKeep Supervisor updated on the status and timing of deliverablesManage day-to-day communication and coordination between client clients agency partners and rights holdersBegin to build and foster long-term business relationships (internal and external)Who You AreTeam-spirited and collaborative to achieve client objectivesAbility to work in a dynamic fast-pace environment working on multiple partnerships and activations at a timeProactive seeking out opportunities to support the teamAn innovative thinker concepting creative ideas for various activationsExcellent organizational skills communication skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a dynamic fast-paced environmentIndependent problem solver with foresight and the ability to develop creative solutionsAn advocate for and supporter of Diversity Equity and InclusionPreferred Skills & Experience2 years of marketing experience at an agency team league rights holder or brand with a proven performance recordBachelors DegreeProven experience developing persuasive presentationsExperience with sponsorship portfolio management and strategy development activation concepts compliance (measurement analysis experience is a plus)Ability to interpret data/insights and leverage to enhance partnershipsAbility to work nights weekends or travel for client programs and/or eventsHigh level of proficiency with Excel Word and PowerPointCertificates Licenses and Registrations No requirements for certificates licenses and/or registrationsPhysical Activity and Work EnvironmentOccasionally the employee might be asked to perform minimal physical activity in support of onsite event executionThe statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities duties and skills required of personnel so classified.
