We love our customers we innovate with purpose and we wont stop until weve delighted every client across the diverse ecosystem we serve.About This RoleTogetherwork is seeking an Account Executive to expand our customer base by identifying engaging and closing high-value prospects. This role focuses on acquiring multi-location businesses large national organizations and Private Equity-backed companies.Youll play a key role in driving new logo growth through a proactive consultative sales approachleveraging outbound outreach video meetings and in-person engagements. This is a high-impact opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives in building relationships and closing complex deals.What Youll DoField inbound leads through website webinars trade showsLead outreach and nurturing to assigned marketDevelop leads into prospects by understanding their challenges/needs and effectively communicating Gingr and Revelation PetsQualify and Identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts within an organization.Learn the tools necessary to be successful: CRM scripts ZoomInfo LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Conduct phone and web-based sales presentations and product demosUse Salesforce to manage prospect pipeline and provide accurate sales forecastsProactively manage leads throughout the entire sales cycle.Travel to represent Gingr and industry tradeshows (3-4 times per year)What Youll Bring2-3 years of inbound/outbound sales experience B2B preferred.Strong ability to learn new platforms (e.g. Gingr Salesforce HubSpot etc.)Ability to explain complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.Success-driven works well in a team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.Self-starter who takes initiative and works with limited directionWillingness to travel to trade showsWhy This RoleImpact: Play a critical role in Togetherworks growth by securing large strategic accounts.Challenge: Tackle long-cycle multi-stakeholder deals that require strategic thinking and relationship depth.Ownership: Manage your territory end-to-end with autonomy and accountability.Collaboration: Partner with Marketing Product and Customer Success to deliver cohesive solutions to complex customer challenges.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: CompetitiveCommission: Performance-based uncappedBenefits:Medical dental and vision insurance options100% employer-paid short/long-term disabilityBasic Life Insurance401(k) with 100% company match up to 4%Flexible paid personal/vacation time built on mutual trust and accountability10 sick days annually10 company-paid holidays6 weeks paid parental leaveInclusion and DiversityTogetherwork is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
