Youll excel here if you thrive in a fast-moving environment bring a sharp understanding of the media ecosystem and can translate complex values into clear compelling narratives. Success requires both strategic thinking and hands-on hustle backed by 25 years in media sales and existing relationships across agencies and brands.What You Can Expect In This RoleBuild and manage a strong pipeline of new business across leading brands and media agenciesDrive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targetsLeverage your network to accelerate adoption of Yieldmos creative-first premium supply solutionsCraft thoughtful data-backed proposals that connect client needs to Yieldmos differentiated valueDevelop and deepen long-term partnerships across agencies and client organizationsPartner closely with Sales Account Management Ad Operations Planning and Technical Account Management for seamless campaign executionOversee campaign delivery ensuring accuracy performance and clear expectation-setting throughoutRepresent Yieldmo at industry events and in-person meetings to strengthen market presenceStay current on industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and client conversationsRequirementsYou have 25 years of successful media sales experience with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue goalsBachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field or equivalent experienceYou bring established relationships across brands and media agencies and experience selling managed brand or performance mediaYou understand the media landscapeincluding programmatic buying measurement ad formats and channels such as display video CTV web and mobileYou operate with ownership and initiative balancing strategic thinking with hands-on executionYou communicate clearly and confidently building trust internally and externallyYoure willing and able to travel for client meetings and industry eventsHiring ProcessSelect candidates will be invited to schedule a 30 minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. We will discuss the Hiring Process details at that time. The range listed is just one component of Yieldmos total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including experience level skillset and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as these situations the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.
