The Account Executive will develop and secure new customers while managing and growing an existing customer base.JOB DETAILSCompensationis a combination of salary plus commission structure that is based upon experienceFlexible Hybrid Schedule after in-office training is complete10% of travelrequiredRESPONSIBILITIESAdaptability-Adapts to changes in the work environment manages competing demands and can deal with frequent changes delays or unexpected events.Customer Focus -Develops andmaintainsproductive customer relationships; goes the extra mile to satisfy customer needs and expectations. A combination of relevant education and/or experience in lieu of formal education will also be considered.Three years of sales/account executive and/or customer service/inside sales experience; manufacturing environment preferred - paper printing and/or converting industry experience highly preferred.Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure; ability tomaintainawareness of andseekto meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.Excellent sales and negotiation skills; strong verbal written presentation and interpersonal communication skills.Strong organizational skills detail orientation and a high degree of accuracy in all tasks.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related experience preferred.Leader Paper Products an equal opportunity employer.
