Technical Account Executive - Sales Rep for MSP supporting SMBsLocation: South Hills area - Hybrid ScheduleBase Salary 75k - 100k (commensurate with experience and achievements)Variable Comp: 25k - 100k Primary Responsibilities:Drive sales pipeline engagement and deal closure for:Managed IT Services (monitoring backup/recovery disaster recovery internet circuits)Cybersecurity Services (endpoint protection SIEM/SOC penetration testing security awareness training dark web monitoring phishing simulation)Cloud Productivity & Collaboration (Microsoft 365 hosted email mobile device management)Data Protection & Compliance (policy establishment cybersecurity insurance consulting)IT Projects and HardwarePrimary Responsibilities:Partner with Account Executives from complementary product lines to prospect existing customers.Collaborate with Sales Engineers on: Opportunity scoping qualification and technical requirements (Sales Engineers provide technical depth)Engage in company-sponsored training and proactively pursue knowledge and resources for continuous learningExperience Skills & Education:Experience in technology solution sales ideally:Managed IT services/MSP environmentsBackup and disaster recovery solutionsCybersecurity technologies (EDR MDR Security Awareness Training)Information Technology consultingStrong analytical organizational and interpersonal skillsProven track record of consistent sales performance with quantifiable results (e.g. Presidents Club)Stable job historyRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Business Development,Customer Service,Revenue Growth,ABC Analysis,Account Management,Communication,CRM,Excel,Salesforce,PMP,Customer Relationships,Business Relationships,Sales Goals,Sales Process,CPA Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 75000 - 250000
