Job DescriptionAccount Executive New Business (Producer)Job SummarySeeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive New Business (Producer) to join a growing sales team. This role is ideal for a professional with a hunter mentality eager to generate new business and build strong relationships with professional services firms including lawyers and accountants. If you are passionate about sales and thrive in a dynamic environment encourage you to apply.Compensation PackageBase Salary: $45000 to $55000 (flexible for exceptional candidates)Commission: Monthly structure based on production ranging from 2% to 12% of revenueTop performers have earned over $40000 annually in commissionAverage performers earn approximately $24000 annually in commissionBenefits:Medical insurance (with vision savings pass)Dental insuranceVoluntary life insuranceShort-term and long-term disability7 paid holidays (8 days off total)Paid time off starting at 10 days with potential to increase to 3 weeks PTO and 3 sick days with tenure401(k): Company match availableWork Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office 2 days remote after training)ResponsibilitiesConduct high-volume outbound phone calls to solicit prospects and generate new business.Manage a large pipeline of prospects and adhere to a structured sales process.Handle policy system and payment inquiries throughout the sales process.Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and leads generated via social media email and bar association events.Assist in marketing and branding efforts for the program and company.Perform light underwriting tasks tied to new business sales.Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at professional services firms including firm owners partners and practice managers.Qualifications/RequirementsExperience:Minimum of 2 years of professional office experience and outbound sales (preferred).Proven hunter mentality with comfort in high outbound call volumes.Experience managing a large prospect pool and following a defined sales process.Familiarity with professional services firms (lawyers and accountants) is a plus.Licensure:Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal policy/CRM systems.Ability to perform light underwriting within the sales process.Location:Must reside in Lisle Illinois or within a 3545 minute commute.#LI-AS2Required Experience:IC Key Skills Accounting Software,Time Management,Accounts Administration,Accounts Receivable,Accounts Reconciliation,Administrative Skill,Leadership skills,Accounting & Finance,Accounts Management,Communication,Analysis Skills,Relationship Management,Team Player Spirit,Budgeting Skills,Accounts Payable Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
