Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.Your ImpactThe Account Executive for our Small City agencies is a quota-carrying individual responsible for selling Axons full suite of products (hardware software and service solutions) to new and existing law enforcement customers via telesales and onsite client visits.What Youll Do:Location: This role is based out of our Boston MA office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. On average the national commissions target for this role is 87000 USD. On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role will be a combination of base pay the commissions target.The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors such as: experience training transferable skills work experience business needs and geographic market demands and often a combination of all these factors.
