Lets give businesses more time for what matters.Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech CompanyAs an SMB Outbound Account Executive you will be a high performing team player on our growing sales team. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting efforts. All leads would be net new business. You will be identifying customer pain points closing business and prioritizing your book of business. Sales Associates who consistently meet and exceed their targets will be considered for any number of exciting career expansion opportunities within our growing organization.Wed love to chat if you have:1 year of sales experienceConfident articulate phone presence and written communication skillsSales or customer support experience at a tech company preferredHistory of quota attainment and/or sales awards. Ex: Presidents ClubExperience making 75 calls per dayProven track record of being in the top 10% - 20% of your past companyOutbound lead sourcing experience (90 to 100% self generated pipeline)Experience with best in class tools such as: Salesforce Outreach ZoomInfo and TableauCross-collaborative environment experience with both Sales and Implementation/Success teamsExperience working with AC small business ownersExperience working with CFOs Corporate Controllers and VPs of Finance - or similar professional suiteExperience in B2B and SaaS salesBelieve in BILLs Values: Humble Authentic Passionate Accountable FunThe On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is noted below for our office location in San Jose CA. This role is eligible to participate in BILLs sales incentive and equity plans. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience expertise and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical dental vision life and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan flexible spending & health savings account paid holidays paid time off and other company benefits.San Jose pay range$100000$120000 USDThe On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper UT. This role is eligible to participate in BILLs sales incentive and equity plans. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience expertise and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
