As an Account Growth Manager, your role is an offensive one: to advance our footprint through tactical sales within your controlled accounts. The Account Growth Manager will then use data and instinct to pinpoint the perfect moment for an upgrade sale. This is a sales role for strategists who understand that the most profitable customer is the one you already own. Role Requirements for an Account Growth Manager Oversee residential client accounts, serving as the trusted point of contact for Frontier Fiber and TV services. Drive sales growth by upselling premium multi gigabit speed tiers and cross selling Mobile + Home bundles. Ensure households are equipped with Wi Fi 7 gateways and optimized connectivity through proactive account reviews. Secure renewals and agreements that maximize account value while maintaining strong retention metrics. Design evidence based sales presentations by monitoring territory trends and competitor actions in Durham. Partner with cross functional teams to ensure flawless activations and reinforce Frontier's leadership in internet and TV.
