We are seeking an Account Growth Representative to facilitate the sales outreach that empowers customers to understand fiber's advantages for tech-dependent living. The Account Growth Representative will also play a key part in expanding Milwaukee's access to faster, more reliable home internet. As an Account Growth Representative, you'll show customers how AT&T Fiber's speeds outshine old cable systems. The Account Growth Representative will be providing a simple sales service that makes upgrading to AT&T Fiber a no-brainer. With their confident approach, the Account Growth Representative turns every conversation into a sales opportunity and grows AT&T Fiber in their area. Responsibilities of the Account Growth Representative Meet with Milwaukee customers to understand their needs and recommend AT&T Fiber as a meaningful upgrade. Encourage customers to explore premium AT&T Fiber plans by showing how faster speeds improve everyday routines. Present All Fi Pro in a non technical way that helps customers understand its whole home benefits. Position AT&T Fiber Internet Backup as a dependable feature that keeps them connected during service interruptions. Reinforce customer trust by explaining how ActiveArmor Advanced adds protection to their fiber service. Direct your territory by driving upgrades, managing follow ups, and sharing insights that support the team's sales performance. Qualifications of the Account Growth Representative A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Experience in account growth or sales is a bonus. Confidence in offering upgrade options that align with customer needs and sales goals. Consistent follow through that builds customer trust and supports sales growth. Self motivated mindset suited for fast paced, community based sales work.
