Our Account Management Associate in Garden Grove meets clients to guarantee a smooth transition to AT&T 5G smartphones. The Account Management Associate confirms device functionality, activates cloud backups, and personalizes settings. As an Account Management Associate, your development starts with mastering the operational details of smartphone account fulfillment. The Account Management Associate learns to manage the enrollment process from start to finish, delivering clear consultations on device security and performance. Core Functions of the Account Management Associate Enroll residential customers into AT&T's wireless network with accurate device assignments, data plan selections, and service agreements. Perform account integrity checks to confirm mobile data allocations, promotional credits, and porting details are error free. Provide clear guidance on AT&T's 5G infrastructure, emphasizing low latency connectivity and nationwide reliability. Troubleshoot smartphone configurations and mobile operating system settings with confidence and professionalism. Maintain strict compliance with data privacy standards, ensuring customer information and account changes are handled transparently. Partner with Account Management Associates to analyze smartphone enrollment data, refining sales strategies, and improving customer retention. Education & Experience Needed for the Account Management Associate High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Information Technology preferred but not required. Experience in account management, retail, sales, or customer success with experience handling complex service agreements. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain smartphone specifications, 5G features, and mobile security tools clearly. Proficiency with data systems and sales platforms, including accurate documentation, reporting, and mobile OS management. Preferred Skills for the Account Management Associate Resolves activation or account issues efficiently to support a smooth sales experience. Communicates technical smartphone details in clear, customer-friendly language. Maintains organized records to support accurate mobile account management. Balances sales objectives with a customer-first service approach.
