About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our dynamic Insurance team in Atlanta GA.Key Responsibilities IncludeServe as primary day-to-day client contact; Manage client service needs; Present custom solutions to clients and prospects in a clear and professional mannerCommunicate client needs to account management team and coordinate client services including but not limited to:Claims reviewsInsurance trainingKick of meetingsStewardship meetingsRenewal strategy meetingsAnalyze client risk profile and develop marketing strategy with team and clientAnalyze all client documents (including quotes binders policies endorsements) recommending changes or amendments for improvementCultivate local carrier relationships to support company visibility and credibility in the construction insurance marketplaceParticipate in off-site carrier client and prospect meetings as Conduct research compiles information into presentation formatAssist with training and overseeing Account AssociatesReview analyze process and follow-up with clients regarding:Complex endorsementsSubcontractor certificate/endorsementsPolicy auditsNotices of cancellationInvoice collectionsUnit stat cardsFinal renewal letter requestFinal proposal of insuranceRenewal exposureCoverage quotesProposals of insurancePremium finance quotes and agreementsCertificate checklist and special account handling instructionsClient claim reviewsFee agreementsPremium allocationsExperience modification analysis and projectionsBind insurance coverages address binding subjectivities and convert proposals of insurance to summaries of insurance post bindingConduct in-depth data analyses (Exposures losses premiums rates collateral mod deductible levels)Identify key individuals within the clients organization and build and maintain effective and sustainable relationshipsMaintain ongoing communication with clients and industry partners to ensure a high-level of customer service.Provide backup for other team members during their absenceMaintain insurance license & CE requirementsAdditional responsibilities as Skills & Experience That Lead to Success:Time management and ability to prioritize workAttention to detailProblem solving skillsProfessional written and verbal communicationProficient in Applied Epic Microsoft Office product suite and Adobe Pro systemsStrong technical property and casualty knowledge typically 2 to 5 years industry experience.Additional/Preferred Qualifications:Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Ability to travel as What You Can Expect From Us:Comprehensive Benefits PackageCollaborative and innovative environmentCulture of continuous learning and professional developmentCompetitive salary package401k with above-average employer match of up to 5% of your salaryLeadership training and supportWork/Life Balance (Summer Fridays flexible work arrangements and mental health services)Education and Student Loan AssistanceAmerican Global is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
