Youll manage relationships with internal clients within select industries while collaborating with creative managers and team members as they develop innovative solutions that help drive our clients business in a world that never stands still.The opportunityAs an Account Manager youll be developing and fostering strong relationships with core internal clients while acting as a liaison with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire client experience. Youll participate in internal client business and strategy sessions and partner with them to develop innovative creative solutions. Youll effectively interact with internal client groups at all levels of the organization to negotiate appropriate creative support and services. Youll be jointly responsible along with the creative manager for your teams overall performance growth and success for the business you support.Youll be part of an expansive and talented management team working independently and collaboratively to develop and lead the implementation of strategic organizational plans. Your ideas will be valued and heard and youll have opportunities to innovate and take part in efforts that advance our creative team.Your key responsibilitiesYou can expect to build trusted advisor relationships with key internal clients and in special cases serve as the lead point of contact and manage expectations on select projects. Youll develop new business identify areas of improvement with existing business and expand the delivery of cross-functional services. As you gain insight and knowledge into the internal clients business challenges strategies long-term vision and competitive landscape youll develop an account strategy to elevate their experience. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $91900 to $171800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $110200 to $195200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education experience knowledge skills and addition our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage pension and 401(k) plans and a wide range of paid time off options.Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement project or year.Under our flexible vacation policy youll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
