At Argents employees join a collaborative growth-focused team committed to delivering exceptional logistics and fulfillment experiences.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe Account Manager II oversees all daily client operations within a fulfillment and distribution environment acting as the primary contact for customer needs shipment coordination data accuracy BOL processing discrepancy resolution and freight planning. This role builds strong operational relationships maintains and improves SOPs supports warehouse teams reviews pricing and reporting and manages invoicing addition the Account Manager II trains staff develops new reporting and processes to strengthen operations assists with client system setup and contributes to departmental and customer-driven infrastructure growth. Strong customer service analytical abilities Excel proficiency and the ability to lead and improve operational workflows are essential.Account Manager IWorking directly with clients to assist and facilitate with day-to-day operationsBecome an expert on client specific accounts and their business needsUnderstands onboarding through account maturityAssists in expanding customers sales channelBuild operational relationships with current customersHigh Volume of data entryProcessing BOLs and associated paperworkWork daily to evaluate and resolve shipment discrepanciesPlanning and booking freight shipmentsHelp to educate and guide warehouse workers on operational processesLearn new and expand on current SOPsImplements new concepts to strengthen operationsReview transaction pricing based on rate tariffsReview and analyzes transactional based reportsInvoice clients on a cycled basisTrain and oversee Operation Agents dailyManages CS team members who assist with daily operations and customer experienceAccount Manager IIAll duties and responsibilities listed under the Account Manager I role as well as the following:Train employees in CGMP & OSHA RegulationsBuild operational relationships with customersBuild manage maintain new reporting process and functions to strengthen the understanding and operation of customersClient based system setupunderstanding of client setup process across all platforms and the knowledge of workflow effectsWork with management to add or adopt new ideas people or systems designed to enhance the customer experience.Drive infrastructure growth from a customer base and department base.Begin to develop entry level understanding of management principlesRequirementsQualificationsHigh level of customer serviceSelf-Starter with attention to detailAnalyze and manipulate large amounts of dataAbility to learn adapt and thrive under pressureProven organizational and time management skillsUnderstanding of quality assuranceExperience & EducationAccount Manager IPrevious experience working with a WMS and the interactive equipmentUnderstands fulfillment and distribution modelsProficient in Microsoft Office Strong knowledge of Excel tables and formulas EducationsHigh School or equivalent ( 1 year experience )Associates Degree - no experienceEntry Level0-3 years experienceAccount Manager IIMust possess the Experience & Education associated with Account Manager I in addition to the following:Previous experience working with a WMS and the interactive equipmentUnderstands fulfillment and distribution modelsProficient in Microsoft Office Strong knowledge of Excel tables and formulas EducationHigh School or equivalent - 2 - 3 years experienceAssociates Degree - 1 year experienceBachelors Degree - no experienceMid-Entry Level2-5 years experiencePhysical Requirements (ADA Compliance)Ability to remain stationary at a desk for extended periods frequently operating a computer telephone and other standard office equipment.Ability to occasionally move about the office to access files office machinery or attend meetings; may need to transport parcels or packages up to 10-20 pounds occasionally.Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
