We are hiring a Program/Account Manager, who is local to Lopgansport, IN, to lead end-to-end execution of automotive electronic product programs, owning timelines, NPI launches, customer relationships, and the quotation process to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. This role partners cross-functionally and supports business growth by driving operational excellence, risk mitigation, and alignment across internal teams, customers, and vendors. Why join us? At least 2 years of project/program management experience leading complex technology projects, preferably within a manufacturinng environment Desire and enthusiasm to grow existing accounts and win more business within existing accounts Experience in the quoting process is a plus. Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills up to and including C-Level communication Strong critical thinking and business curiosity Strong prioritization and time management skills, detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
