What Youll Do:Actively investigate and understandthe unique needs and challenges of your 80-100 accounts building strong lasting relationships as their go-to advisor.Proactively identify and close opportunitiesfor additional services and solutions by digging into your clients operations and future plans.Lead strategic business reviewsthat arent just status updates but collaborative sessions focused on mutual success and growth.Serve as a champion for your clients working closely with our internal teams to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.Drive high retention ratesby consistently proving your value and anticipating client needs before they even arise.What Youll Deliver:Drive new / expanded business overall Active / Inactive Customer Growth and year-over-year (YoY) quarter-over-quarter (QoQ) Revenue Growth within assigned accountsLeverage entire portfolio to provide clients the best overall solution to match the needs of their businessRecover inactive customers via sales methodology sales tools team capabilities and marketing campaignsCoordinate with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction and communicate all issues/client concernsNegotiate prices on Cloud solutions sales in accordance with pricing policies and proceduresYoull Thrive in This Role If You:3 years of experiencein a sales or account management role within themanaged servicesor IT services industry.A proven track record of successin managing a large number of accounts while driving both growth and retention.An insatiable curiosityabout technology and how it can solve business problems.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsyoure a great listener who asks smart probing questions.A relentless drive to succeedand a team-oriented mindset.
