Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe have three branch locations in Rosemont, Tinley Park, and McHenry. We are looking for Account Manager Outside Sales Representatives to service territories in Rosemont, Lincolnshire, McHenry, Gurnee, Pleasant Prairie, Crystal Lake, Rockford, Kenosha, Naperville, Tinley Park, Chicago and the surrounding areas.At Quota expected earnings are between $48,000 -$81,000. Compensation includes salary, commissions and expense allowance. We offer a full benefits package, including Paid Vacation, Sick Leave and 401k.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Aggressively seeks out and develops new customers in accordance with company sales and gross profit goals and objectivesMaintains existing sales territory in accordance with company policies and proceduresMaintains minimum required gross profit and unit placement quotas as outlined in the compensation agreementMaintains the minimum requirements for appointment setting, demos and print studiesActively participates in phone blitzes and sets up quality appointmentsDevelops sales plan for achieving specific sales territory goals and objectivesContinually identifies current and prospective customer needs and promotes new and existing products and applicationsAccurately completes all required documentation for order processing and forwards to sales support and/or corporate office in a timely mannerArranges for installation and training of the equipment within a reasonable time after shipmentPromptly follows up on all leads distributedHandles customer disputes and discrepancies in a timely manner and escalates the issue as necessaryPrepares quotations for new and existing customersAnalyzes sales statistics to identify areas requiring improvementReviews market analysis information to determine customer needs volume potential and pricing schedulesMaintains adequate knowledge of all current and new products and their applications offered through Imagetec and our competitorsRepresents Imagetec at trade shows and fairs, promoting our products and imageOther duties as assignedSTANDARD REQUIREMENTSPrepares daily sales activity reports, as well as monthly sales and gross profit forecasts for assigned territoryParticipates in Company sales meetings and training programsAs needed aids in collection efforts with customersContinually supports the sales effort through all phases of operationsPromotes a professional image of the Company at all timesContinually reviews and monitors customer satisfactionMust follow the policies and procedures set forth by IMAGETEC L. P.QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experienceProfessional sales experience a plusIMAGETEC L. P.
