Job Description
The purpose of this job is to manage relationships with fuel buyers and service an account portfolio.Promote sell and grow a portfolio of products services and solutions and problem-solve while maintaining customer service by building relationships with current fuel buyersCoordinate with management to establish and meet or exceed volume expectationsAnalyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirementsCoordinate and collaborate with company stakeholders to maximize opportunities to meet SMART gallon and profit goals.Offer consultations with Subject Matter Experts to customersManage accounts toward SMART gallon and profit goalsRespond to inquiries and sales requests in a timely manner and address customers wholesale needs where appropriateRemain current with changes in fuel industry delivery systems and competitor activityAcquire market intelligence to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordinglyModel behaviors that support the companys common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest levelEnsure all activities are in compliance with rules regulations policies and proceduresComplete other duties as assigned#LI-SG1Qualifications : Bachelors degree and minimum five years sales experience preferred or ten years sales experience preferably in the trucking or fuel industryUnderstand fuel and trucking industry key concepts and terminologyThorough knowledge of company products and offeringsBeginner CRM (preferably Salesforce) skillsBeginner to intermediate Microsoft Office skillsAbility to negotiate and influence othersStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced customer service skillsAbility to analyze data and provide solid recommendations to enhance assigned book of businessAdvanced problem and situation analysis skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced dynamic environmentInternal networking and teamworkTravel required up to 100%General office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of time including on airplanes and in carsAdditional Information : Nation-wide Medical Plan/Dental/Vision401(k) and Flexible Spending AccountsEmployee Fuel DiscountAdoption AssistanceTuition ReimbursementWeekly PayAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelinesRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Business Development,Cement Plant,Business Support,Data Analysis,ASP Experience: years Vacancy: 1
