There are multiple training and development programs available to all employees which can lead toreceiving industry certifications!If you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while possessing the ability to adapt to changing prioritieswe invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity today!Position Responsibilities:Promote and communicate SERVPRO services in an assigned territoryGrow and develop the residential and commercial customer base by identifying new prospects and routinely contacting and following-up with customers while building relationships with center of influencesParticipate in professional associations provide Lunch-and-Learns and promote continuing education (CE) coursesConduct contact calls on a route based call cycle to build relationships and educate the customer on why SERVPRO is the best cleaning and restoration company in the industryRequired Experience:Typically 1-2 years of sales or marketing experienceTypically at least 1 year of previous customer service experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platformsAbility to travel occasionally which could include infrequent overnight or weekend staysValid drivers license with good driving recordRequired Education:Associates degree or an equivalent combination of experience/educationTypical work hoursThe person in this role will typically work Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.This role involves a willingness to work extended hours including evenings and weekends as required.Travel Requirements:Travel is required and is primarily local.However some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.Each SERVPRO Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.All employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by employed by and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated Servpro Franchise.
