Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions, achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and exceptional service, guiding customers in policy selection and updates, ensuring they have coverage that meets their needs, and working closely with our dynamic team to share insights and strategies that support customer satisfaction and agency performance.
Qualifications include experience in insurance sales or account management preferred, passion for helping others and a customer-first mentality, proven sales experience, preferable in insurance or financial services, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow!
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
