As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in both customer experience and agency growth. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them protect what matters most while identifying opportunities to better serve their needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Conduct policy reviews and proactively identify coverage gaps
Provide tailored recommendations that truly fit each client's needs
Handle complex service requests with confidence and professionalism
Drive new business by converting both inbound and outbound opportunities
Collaborate with your team to hit agency goals and deliver a top-tier client experience
Experience in insurance, sales, or account management preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence in having sales conversations and asking for the business
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
