Customer Service Representative - Account Manger

Location: Gillette or Casper WY

Compensation: $19.23 - $21.00 Hourly

Visionary Broadband seeks a qualified individual to fill the role of Account Manager. This full-time position will join the team at Visionary Broadband, one of the top internet service providers in the Rocky Mountain region.

Key Responsibilities:

Serves existing customers with account changes, move of services, upgrades payments, etc.

Focus on building personal relationships with customers to help with customer retention

This position will work in a separate phone queue exclusively for existing customers

Prioritized goals to include upgrades/upsells and add on services which include VoIP sales and managed router sales

This position will make outbound calls to our current customers to sell upgrades and add on services to generate additional revenue.

Qualifications:

A qualified candidate must possess the following skills, or have equivalent experience and/or qualifications:

Prior sales/upselling experience preferred

Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers.

Must have computer experience and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Documents.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Must be available to work outside of the normal 8-5 working schedule 1-2 times per month for department meetings.
