Responsibilities include:

• Prospect, quote, and sell property and casualty insurance policies (e.g., auto, homeowners, renters, commercial property, general liability).
• Prospect, quote, and sell life and health insurance policies.
• Follow up on leads and referrals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications include:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.

You must obtain the required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) prior to your start date. The agency will assist you with the licensing process and reimburse associated costs upon completion and start of employment. Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
