Responsibilities include establishing customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate customer service, using a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options, working with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services, working with the agent to identify and support local community events, and helping manage the website and social media content.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive 401K, salary plus commission/bonus, paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), valuable experience, growth potential/opportunity for advancement within your agency.

Requirements include a successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred, interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening, enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams, self-motivation, detail orientation, pride in getting work done accurately and timely, ability to work in a team environment, and ability to multi-task. Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) are also required.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.
