Key responsibilities include:

• Provide clients with clear, comprehensive information about our insurance products and services.
• Assist clients through the policy application and renewal processes, ensuring they feel confident and informed.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Keep accurate and organized records of all client interactions to ensure smooth and efficient service.

What we're looking for:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help others.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently without losing attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
