What You Will Do

Follow up with inbound leads, conduct customer reviews, identify customer needs and recommend solutions, build long-term customer relationships, maintain activity and follow-up schedules, participate in ongoing training and licensing development.

What We Are Looking For

Positive attitude, strong communication skills, comfortable speaking with customers by phone, willingness to learn and obtain insurance licenses, coachable and growth-oriented, bilingual English/Mandarin preferred but not required.

We Are Willing To Train The Right Person

Attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are more important than prior insurance experience.
